The Department has an Infrastructure catering to the All India Council for Technial Education(AICTE) requirements,with twelve teaching and six non-teaching staff,including one Phd,and three M.Tech graduates,well furnished class rooms with OHP and LCD projectors for advanced teaching capabilities,Well established Labs catering to the present curriculum and technology under study.

ECE Association(ECEA):

Association believes in "Training is everything.We can get extraordinary results out of ordinary people by Training".

Mission:

An Overall personality development envisaged to enable the upcoming Indian Technocrats to lead India to the 21st Century.

Objectives:

ECEA helps prepare students for the future by conducting Mock Interviews etc.,Seminars and workshops in self development,exploring possibilities for self employment and Job Opportunities,guidance on matters of higher Education facilities,visits to Industries and awareness on social,cultural and ethical norms and values.

The College was encouraged by ECEA to begin a 'Projects & Research Lab' wherein activities are planned for the benefit of the students and the faculty.Students undertake mini projects for better practical orientation on recent trends in Projects & Research Laboratory.

Overview:

Annual program of ECEA has been planned to achieve specified Educational objective.This association at CJITS has emphasized the need for making programs for student's technical development more effective and efficient.It has laid considerable stress on improving the Technical knowledge-base in the context of changing technology by organizing paper presentation competetions,Technical Quiz,Seminars,Mini projects.

ECEA organizes Lectures of eminent personalities from Technical Institutions like NIT-Warangal,renowned Industries and R&D Organizations like Microsoft,TCS etc.ECEA provides a channel for arranging Industrial visits for the students.It also helps to organize exhibhition of projects made by the students. This inspires and motivates Students to convert knowledge gained in to a working gadget or equipment.

Future of ECE Graduates:

The Outgoing students are participating in various competitive exams such as GATE/CAT/GRE/TOEFEL/MAT/Software/BPO.etc.

Our old students have settled in various Multi National Companies like GE,INFOSYS,DELL Computers,NTPC,ISRO,etc.,

Most of our students are doing M.S in various Universities of U.S.A,U.K and Australia.
