CHRISTU JYOTI INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND SCIENCE established in the year 1998 with prior approval from AICTE under the Chairmanship of Most. Rev. Bishop. Thumma Bala D.D, is owned and managed by Warangal Diocesan society based at Fathima Nagar, Warangal, 506 004. It is a self-financing Catholic Christian Minority Institution, a Premier Technical Institute run by Catholic Mission in A.P. The campus is situated at Yeswanthapur village, which is about 50 kms from Kazipet and 5 kms from Jangaon town. The college is well connected by rail and road. The college offers undergraduate courses in five disciplines:
1. Mechanical Engineering 2. Electrical & Electronics Engineering 3. Electronics & Communication Engineering 4. Computer Science & Engineering 5. Information Technology
The college is well established with modern equipment in the laboratories and good library facilities. In addition to the academic growth of the students through proper guidance from efficient staff members, the overall personal growth of the students is being taken care of by conducting various events like Seminars, Group Discussions, Mock Interviews, Quiz, Public Speaking and Communication Games etc.
